1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using ResumeForge AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Services

ResumeForge AI provides career-focused tools and services, including but not limited to:

• Resume creation and editing
• Resume templates and formatting tools
• Resume analysis and optimization
• ATS compatibility insights
• Resume content enhancement
• Cover letter generation
• Professional profile optimization
• Career guidance features
• Referral and promotional programs
• Premium and subscription-based offerings

Features, limits, and availability may change at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

By using ResumeForge AI, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your login information secure.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized account activity.
• Use accurate and up-to-date information.
• Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with platform security, availability, or performance.
• Circumvent usage limits, quotas, restrictions, or subscription controls.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or similar technologies to abuse the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the platform without authorization.
• Upload malicious code, harmful content, or materials that violate applicable laws.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ResumeForge AI uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate recommendations, suggestions, analyses, and written content.

AI-generated content should always be reviewed by users before being submitted for professional, academic, or employment purposes.

AI-generated outputs:

• May contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
• Should be reviewed and verified before professional use.
• Are provided for informational and assistance purposes only.

ResumeForge AI does not guarantee:

• Employment opportunities
• Interview invitations
• Job offers
• ATS compatibility scores
• Career outcomes
• Accuracy or completeness of generated content

Users remain solely responsible for all content submitted, edited, or distributed through the platform.

7. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

ResumeForge AI offers Free plans, Student Passes (5 days duration), and Pro Memberships (30 days duration).

We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing at any time.
• Introduce, remove, or alter features.
• Adjust usage limits and quotas.
• Modify referral or promotional programs.

Where payments are applicable:

• Charges must be paid in accordance with the selected plan.
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
• Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access to premium features.

Subscription Expiry, Upgrades & Refunds:

• Subscription Expiry: The Student Plan expires automatically after 5 days, and the Pro Plan expires automatically after 30 days. Users automatically revert to the Free Plan after expiration. No active resumes or user data are deleted upon plan expiration.
• Upgrades: Users on an active Student Pass can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time. The upgrade will be charged at standard rates, and no refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for any remaining time on the Student Pass.
• Refund Policy: All purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed in cases of duplicate payments, accidental charges, or technical failures at the discretion of ResumeForge AI.
• Referral Program Limits: Referral boosts are active for exactly 2 days from the time of referral. Any self-referral, email alias creation, or duplicate account registration to abuse the referral program is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of rewards and potential account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

The ResumeForge AI platform, including its design, branding, content, software, logos, graphics, and technology, is owned by ResumeForge AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Resell
• Create derivative works

without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of the information and content they submit to the platform.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may experience:

• Maintenance periods
• Updates
• Technical issues
• Network interruptions
• Third-party service disruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeForge AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the platform
• Inability to access the platform
• AI-generated outputs
• Employment decisions
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ResumeForge AI, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Content submitted through your account

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse platform resources
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to bypass restrictions or security measures
• Harm other users or the platform

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

13. Privacy

Your use of ResumeForge AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When material changes occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
